Using the website
- We provide the information on this website in good faith and try to keep it accurate, but descriptions, specifications and pictures may contain mistakes.
- Do not misuse the website, try to break its security, or send false orders or messages.
Prices and orders
- Prices are in Iraqi dinar (IQD) unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. The price on your confirmed order is the price you pay.
- An order placed on the website is a request. We call you to confirm availability, price and delivery before the order is final.
- We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available or a price was shown by mistake. If that happens, we will tell you.
Delivery and payment
- Delivery is free in Sulaymaniyah. Other cities have a delivery fee, shown in the cart before you order.
- Payment is on delivery, in cash, Zain Cash or FIB, unless we agree otherwise.
Warranty and returns
- New hardware comes with a one-year AP Soft warranty against manufacturing defects, unless the product page says otherwise.
- The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquids, power surges, or repairs by anyone other than AP Soft.
- You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
Software and services
- Our apps are licensed, not sold. The plan, price, support period and number of users are set out in your quote or contract, which takes priority over this page.
- Custom development projects follow the written agreement for each project.
Intellectual property
The AP Soft name and logo, our app names, and the designs and content of this website belong to AP Soft. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
As far as the law allows, AP Soft is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any dispute is handled by the courts of Sulaymaniyah.
