Yes. Each part is sold on its own, and you can add others later without moving your data.
Does it cover dental labs?
Yes. There is a dedicated dental lab part: dentists’ orders, work stages and an account for each dentist.

Yes. A backup is taken every day, and each user only sees what they have permission for.
